The Label Sorting & Cropping Tool is a free, offline utility built into the EcomPL desktop app. It helps e-commerce sellers efficiently process shipping and order labels downloaded from their marketplace seller dashboards. When you download labels in bulk, they often come in mixed or unorganized order. This tool helps you sort, crop, and group those labels so you can prepare them for printing or further use.
Because everything runs on your own device, the tool is fast, reliable, and keeps your order data completely private - no uploads, no internet needed. Whether you are shipping a single package or processing hundreds of orders at once, this tool reduces the manual work involved in organizing your shipping labels.

Go to your Meesho seller dashboard and download your shipping labels in bulk. Labels are usually available as a PDF file.
Open the Tool in EcomPL
Open the Label Sorting & Cropping Tool from inside the EcomPL desktop app and load your downloaded label file. Everything runs on your device - no upload, no internet required.
Sort and Group as Needed
Use the sorting and grouping options to arrange labels in the order you prefer. Group labels by dispatch batch, product type, or destination pincode.
Crop and Download
Crop individual labels if needed, then save the processed labels as a PDF or image file ready for printing.
