We collect personal information (name, email, phone, payment screenshots) when you submit a license request. No data from tool usage is collected or stored.
Your data is used solely for license processing, email communication, and fraud prevention. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
We use Cloudinary for image processing, Brevo for emails, and Neon for database hosting. Each service has its own data handling practices.
We use essential cookies for admin authentication and security. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

By accessing and using EcomPL, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
EcomPL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for personal or business purposes.
Each license is valid for only one seller account. If you operate multiple seller accounts (e.g., on Meesho or other platforms), you must purchase a separate license for each account. Using a single license across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in license revocation without refund.
You can calculate and access profits generated up to 1 month before your license expiry date plus 3 additional days. For example, if your license expires on 31st March, you may access profits generated up to 3rd March.

All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the software is found to be non-functional.
All content, features, and functionality of EcomPL are owned by us and are protected by international copyright laws.
EcomPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
