Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EcomPL desktop software, website, and related tools (collectively referred to as "EcomPL" or "the Software"), you ("User," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use EcomPL.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EcomPL. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of EcomPL after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. License and Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, EcomPL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single computer or device for your personal or business use.

This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the Software. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by EcomPL.

  • You may use the Software for lawful business purposes related to e-commerce seller analysis.
  • You may not redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
  • You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.

3. One License Per Account

Each license is valid for only one seller account. If you operate multiple seller accounts on any marketplace (e.g., Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, or Myntra), you must purchase a separate license for each account.

Using a single license across multiple seller accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in:

  • Immediate license revocation without refund.
  • Suspension of access to the Software.
  • Termination of any support obligations.

4. License Validity & Profit Calculation

Your license has a defined validity period based on the plan you purchase. During this period, you have full access to the Software's features.

You can calculate and access profits generated up to 1 month before your license expiry date plus 3 additional days. For example, if your license expires on 31st March, you may access profits generated up to 3rd March.

After your license expires, you will no longer be able to generate new profit reports, but previously generated reports will remain accessible for viewing.

5. User Responsibilities

By using EcomPL, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and during license purchase.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of your license key and account credentials.
  • Use the Software only for its intended purpose of e-commerce seller profitability analysis.
  • Not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any license validation or protection mechanisms.
  • Not share your license key with any other person or use it on multiple devices simultaneously.
  • Ensure that the marketplace files you upload to EcomPL are lawfully obtained from your own seller accounts.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction while using the Software.

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to the accuracy of any profit calculations or reports generated.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments for EcomPL licenses are processed securely through our designated payment channels. We accept UPI payments including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and other supported UPI methods.

Refund Policy
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds are available if the Software is found to be non-functional and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.
  • Refund requests must be sent to connect.ecompl@gmail.com with the reason for the refund request.
  • Refund eligibility is determined at EcomPL's sole discretion.
  • Once a refund is processed, the license will be immediately revoked and you must stop using the Software.

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
